As production winds down for the first season of the new CBC TV series The Romeo Section, cast and crew were on location filming exterior scenes at the old Canada Post building in Vancouver today. The inside of the recently closed facility also doubles as their studio.
Unlike many of the productions in the area, The Romeo Section is actually set in Vancouver. It focuses on Wolfgang McGee (played by Andrew Airlie) who manages a team of espionage spies. You may recognize Airlie from other Vancouver productions including Bates Motel and Cedar Cove.
Check out the premiere of The Romeo Section tomorrow, October 14th at 9pm on CBC and be on the look out for cast and crew while they finish filming season one which is expected to wrap Monday, October 19th.
